During radio program “Offensywa” on Polish Radio Three, Artur Rojek, the creative director of OFF Festival, announced the names of the next artists who will appear at the most important alternative festival in Poland that will take place between 5th and 8th August 2010.

The participation at OFF Festival was confirmed by the legendary British band The Fall which has been performing and recording for thirty years.
 
In April Domino Records will release the 28th album of music giants, Your Future Our Clutter.
 
During the fifth edition of the Festival music fans will be able to see and listen to Anti-Pop Consortium – one of the most important projects from American alternative hip hop scene. Last year, after 7-year hiatus, the band released their long-awaited album “Fluorescent Black” (Big Dada, 2009).
 
The Fall and Anti-Pop Consortium will perform in Poland for the first time.
 
They will be joined by the Dutch pop-experimental quartet Efterklang. Their newest album “Magic Chairs” will be released at the end of February by the legendary 4AD record label.
 
Especially for the fifth edition of OFF Festival, the Polish band Something Like Elvis will perform in their original line-up. This legend of Polish underground scene split up in 2003 but decided to reactivate in time for the Festival. It will be a great opportunity for the fans of Something Like Elvis to see and hear them like in the good old days.
 
Among Polish artists we can also confirm the appearance of the amazing duo Kucz/ Kulka. Gaba Kulka and Konrad Kucz will present live their musical magic from their album “Sleepwalk” (Jazzboy, 2009).
 
The last confirmed artists, for now, are Prawatt & Mirna Ray - two Polish bands (and friends) whose sound is a mixture of ambient, alternative rock and electronic music.
 
More artists, information about OFF Festival and tickets will be announced soon.
 
In the meantime while waiting for the summer everybody can take part in the concerts organized under the name OFF Festival Club, which will take place in Alchemia club in Cracow on 24th March 2010.
 
MOUNT EERIE (USA) is the icon of American alternative music scene. Phil Elverum’s concert at OFF Festival Club will be the first stop on his European tour promoting his latest double album „Wind’s Poem” (P.W. Elverum & Sun, 2009). You just have to be there! The number of tickets is limited.
